Arrivo a Rio de Janeiro il 12 ottobre 2010 mattina e chiedo asilo politico all’aeroporto.

In realtà, dovrebbe risultare la data di due giorni dopo. Perché quando presento alla Polícia Federal degli arrivi i moduli brasiliani che avevo già stampato e compilato, il poliziotto chiama un funzionario che me li ridà e mi dice di andare allaCaritas che fanno tutto loro. Sapevo già l’indirizzo, dato che mi ero già preparato.

Il giorno dopo vado alla Caritas di cui avevo già l’indirizzo. Scopro che si è sdoppiata e che la Caritas-rifugiati è in un altro posto appena distante che comunque raggiungo con mezzi pubblici. Lì, l’avvocato, un giovanotto di nome Fabrício Toledo (a giudicare dal suo facebook, che ora sembrerebbe sparito, un compagnuzzo [forse un po’ ingenuo, forse standard, forse un vero genio] e, non a caso, un fan del delinquente di Stato Cesare Battisti generosamente sussidiato per decenni da tre Polizie Segrete: Carabinieri-SDECE-Abin), mi dice che sì loro curano la procedura [la Caritas, per ragioni storiche (loro inventano, durante la dittatura militare, l’assistenza a rifugiati di regimi militari limitrofi come Cile ed altri), opera come un ente parastatale che cura gli aspetti burocratici ed assistenziali, e partecipa poi allo stesso CoNaRe, Comitê Nacional para os Refugiados] ma che il primo passo formale è con lo Stato o governo. Ovvio. Per cui, gentilmente, mi scrive una lettera con cui vado subito alla Polícia Federaldell’aeroporto, in un'altra ala o sezione dell’aeroporto (rispetto agli arrivi), dove hanno una struttura della stessa che gestisce gli affari con gli stranieri di Rio. Lì mi affidano ad una signora della Polícia Federal che parla solo portoghese, lingua che posso leggere per poi controllare quello che lei ha scritto prima di firmarlo, ma appena ostica per, pur mescolando con lo spagnolo, dettagliare le motivazioni della richiesta d’asilo. Consegno i moduli che avevo già compilato [prima di arrivare in Brasile] in portoghese, ma mi obietta, ed ha ragione, che quello che ho scritto come motivazione è troppo sintetico. In portoghese non è che potessi scrivere grandi dettagli, anche perché sapevo che poi la procedura dettagliata era curata dalla Caritas. Mi dice che lei deve scrivere una storia, insomma un raccontino di un qualche senso per lei. Con l’aiuto di una ragazza della Guarda Municipal di Rio e poi, il giorno dopo, di un ragazzo dell’Interpol (da cui lei si fa raccontare quello che dico allo stesso, ma che lei poi non usa “perché troppo complesso”), lei capisce, almeno un po’, “la storia”. Dice anche ad un suo superiore, che viene a dare una sbirciata, che è un caso appena complesso, per cui, alla fine, scrive una storia che secondo lei sia “una storia” secondo suoi canoni. Ad ogni modo sembra una persona del tutto in buona fede. Non scrive nulla contro di me. Non sembrano esserci stati interventi esterni strani su di lei. Forse la irrito appena, alla fine, perché le faccio correggere un paio di volte “la storia” che lei aveva scritto e che era ormai pronta e stampata per la mia firma. Firmo. Tutto normale e trasparente, direi, quel primo impatto presso la Polícia Federal. Firmo “la storia” presso la Polícia Federal, che è poi solo uno dei punti di un formulario con la formalizzazione della richiesta di asilo.

Il giorno successivo, alla Caritas, compilo [a mano, seduto su uno sgabello al sole od all’ombra, comunque al caldo rovente; è così per tutti, forse in attesa che certe ristrutturazioni di una vecchia costruzione, non grande, siano terminate; ma deve essere così sempre, come ad essere in una sperduta postazione in un deserto], in inglese, altri questionari sul mio caso (le ragioni della richiesta d’asilo) e pure le domande supplementari, utili, dell’avvocato Fabrício Toledo. Scrivo, scrivo, scrivo, dettaglio.

Fabrício Toledo mi dice, forse un po’ prima delle 16, che devono chiudere e che comunque avrò poi ulteriore occasione di correggere e completare.

Non è vero.

Oppure allora era vero ma poi succede qualcosa, anche alla Caritas, per cui per me non ci saranno altre occazioni per rivedere quello che avevo scritto. Non importa. A parte qualche svista od omissione secondarie, ho scritto tutto quello volevo e dovevo.

Continuano procedure burocratiche attraverso la Caritas che mi consegna ogni giorno fogli ed indicazioni per andare nell’uno e nell’altro ufficio fino, infine, all’ottenimento del permesso di lavoro ed alla successiva “formazione” [a formação]. Quando ho ottenuto il permesso di lavoro [a novembre, perché lo aspettavo per posta mentre bastava andare lì, all’ufficio del lavoro, dopo pochi giorni], era nel frattempo successo qualcosa, qualcosa anche alla Caritasevidentemente, per cui, per me, la formazione [a formação] non ci sarà, contrariamente a quanto prima dettomi.

Non ricevo aiuti d’informazione per trovare una stanza od un letto economici. Anzi, quando chiedo delle informazioni me le danno, suppongo involontariamente, sbagliate. Mi indicano un posto “economico” a 12 reais al giorno, per un letto. Sono 25 reais, quando vado a chiedere. 750 al mese. Troppo. Mi arrangio in altro modo.

Nessuna indicazione su come aprire un conto in banca senza o con pochi costi. Mi dicono: “dopo”. Ma poi nessuno mi dice nulla. In Brasile, non è come in Cina e Taiwan che vai in banca ed apri un conto, e pure nella valuta che vuoi. Tutto è burocratizzato ed ostruito, oltre che costoso, nel sistema bancario peggio che “sovietico” per persone qualunque.

Tra l’altro, pure i mezzi pubblici sono piuttosto costosi, rispetto ai salari minimi. Per raggiungere la Caritas-rifugiati e tornare indietro, anche con solo due corse in tutto [fortuna che avevo trovato un posto economico in centro vicino alla Caritascentrale poi rivelatasi inutile per rifugiandi! ...ma è comunque sempre utile essere in centro], se ne vanno un 5 reais. Per andare alla Polícia Federal all’aeroporto, cui si deve andare alcune volte e, poi, per estendere il soggiorno, se ne vanno un 15-20 reais [più, se non abiti lungo la linea od in centro] ogni volta. I salari proletari sono di 3-4 reais l’ora. In pratica, si deve lavorare quasi un’ora per pagare una corsa su un mezzo pubblico ordinario urbano e pure piuttosto scassato e sobbalzante. Un prezzo incredibile [relativamente ai salari minimi]! E non sembrano esserci abbonamenti, per chi debba usarli tutti i giorni.

No formazione. No aiuto per un luogo, qualunque sia, dove vivere. No [aiuto per un] lavoro anche sottoproletario. Non si capisce che facciano assistente sociale ed altre, oltre a dare informazioni errate od a non darne del tutto [in effetti non era neppure in programma che parlassi, indirettamente, con l’assistente sociale; capita poi perché l’avvocato Fabrício Toledo stavo andando sul furioso poiché qualcuno mi aveva convocato senza motivo apparente, e poi insisteva che era stato su mia richiesta, ed io smorzo scivolando su domande “utili”; ...una situazione creata per farmi capire qualcosa con linguaggi simbolici...]. Mi dicono che quando avrò ottenuto asilo [se l’otterrò mai] sarà meno difficile provare ad ottenere un lavoro. Ovvio, Mi arrangio in altro modo e devo avere avuto fortuna [non è solo fortuna, è che i boia o nelle-intenzioni-boia hanno interesse a guadagnare tenendoti presso di loro quando hanno dei vantaggi dalla Polizia Segreta], sebbene io non guadagni quasi nulla in termini monetari per lavori sottoproletari [3.25 l’ora (1.4 euro), oltre le 28 settimanali con cui mi pago il letto a baratto (vantaggioso pure per me, perché sennò mi costerebbe ben di più; vantaggioso per il padrone ansioso-maniacale, oltre che in gang stalking, che ti raggiunge a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte con richieste stravaganti e folli infarcite di stereotipi anglofoni di cui lui è impregnato)].

Corsi di portoghese ne hanno, di tanto in tanto, alla Caritas, ma strani. Mi dicono di un corso una volta la settimana, per anglofoni. Con quel che costa di bus, per una volta la settimana... ...Ne avessero almeno avuto uno più frequente per colombiani, alias per ispanofoni... ...E/o per franconi [hanno rifugiati dall’Africa francofona]. Troppo difficile, lì, inserire il cervello e razionalizzare che uno potrebbe andare a più corsi per vari x-foni, sebbene con quel che costa il bus, e forse in aule od aulette senza condizionatori, sempre i corsi non fossero poi stati distetti per scarsità di partecipazione per cui uno buttava via soldi e tempo [non posso saperlo, non essendoci, alla fine, mai andato a quel corso per anglofoni del lunedì mattina]...

Eppoi, quando vado lì, col permesso di lavoro, per la formazione (che per me non ci sarà più, ...ma prima avrebbe dovuto esserci a quel che avevano detto!), c’è oramai qualcosa che sembra non andare. ...Corsi per anglofoni [eppure non ho la faccia o il fisico da americano!] una volta la settimana... ...Letti in ostelli “economici” ma il cui costo reale è più che doppio di quello scritto dall’assistente sociale... ...“Ti scriviamo un resumé”...[Per cosa? Il resumé dipende da un lavoro specifico, specificissimo, cui punti; non esiste il resumé in cui indichi sette università frequentate, e vari titoli, così sei sicuro che nessuno ti darà mai lavoro perché “sovra-qualificato”: meglio non avere alcun resumé] ...“Perché non insegni italiano?”[...gratis in una favela di viados che desiderino emigrare nella penisola nord-mediterranea?!]

Il CoNaRe (in pratica deve venire qualcuno da Brasilia che, verosimilmente con altri in loco, suppongo mi interroghi o mi ascolti; non so se deliberino il giorno stesso) viene pressoché subito (lo stesso venerdì 15 ottobre 2010, quando compilo i formulari e rispondo alle domande sulla ragioni della richiesta d’asilo) fissato per il 15 febbraio 2011. Il tutto è molto informale. Mi danno un bigliettino, formato biglietto da visita, col mio nome e “comparecer dia” seguito dalla data in cui si deve comparire. Da un lato annotano l’ora. Nell’altro lato annotano “CONARE”. Una iniziale a mano, come firma. In fondo al bigliettino c’è “Caritas Arquidiocesana – R.J.”

Esaurita “la burocrazia”, non li sento più, né io vado più. ...Per non cavare nulla ed avere informazioni errate, oltre che fronteggiare la faccia divenuta indisponente e tesa di Fabrício Toledo, l’avvocato che, l’ultima volta vado [appena ottenuto il permessi di lavoro], battibecca con uno che prima mi ha detto di tornare per “parlare con l’avvocato” e poi nega e dice che l’avevo chiesto io.

Appunto, deve essere successo qualcosa. ...O saranno state normali influenze astrali...

Un intervento, sulla Caritas-rifugiati [la direttrice dovrebbe chiamarsi Heloisa Santos Nunes, con cui comunque non ho mai avuto a che fare direttamente, credo; se è lei, quando chiesi delle informazioni, prima di raggiungere il Brasile, mi furono gentilmente e prontamente mandate, con linguaggio molto formale ma precise ed utili], della Polizia Segreta brasiliana?

...Pressoché certo, visto che il CoNaRe è un soviet composto di varie entità non solo direttamente statali [da wikipedia: O Comitê, com sede em Brasília, é composto por representantes dos seguintes órgãos: Ministério da Justiça, que o preside; Ministério das Relações Exteriores, que exerce a Vice-Presidência; Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego; Ministério da Saúde; Ministério da Educação; Departamento de Polícia Federal; Organização não-governamental, que se dedica a atividade de assistência e de proteção aos refugiados no País – Caritas Arquidiocesana de São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro; Alto Comissariado das Nações Unidas para os Refugiados – ACNUR, com direito a voz, sem voto].

Tra l’altro sembrano cospirativissimi. Loro hanno il mio indirizzo e la mia email. Loro sembrano non avere email. Neppure ti dicono il loro cognome. Ho una email dell’Ufficio, eventualmente da usare se funziona ancora [l’avevo usata prima di arrivare in Brasile], ma deve essere per questioni “di Stato”, come questo testo e ciò che esso implica. Non mi conviene aspettare il 29 marzo 2011 fingendo di trovarmi di fronte ad un CoNaRe sicuramente indipendente, mentre è successo, fortunatamente!, quel che si vedrà tra pochi attimi.

Il 15 febbraio 2011, vado con un certo anticipo sull’ora programmata per il CoNaRe. Mi dicono che da Brasilia non sono venuti. Sono contento. Ho altro tempo, per appredere qualche cosina in più della lingua e per sperare che succeda qualcosa in mio favore. I cieli mi assistono, almeno un po’!

Per cui mi ritirano il bigliettino della convocazione e me ne danno un altro su cui hanno scritto un’altra data. È sempre un martedì. Martedì 29 marzo 2011.

Martedì 29 marzo 2011, CoNaRe.

Senonché, mercoledì 16 marzo 2011 succede una cosa curiosa, provvidenziale.

La Polizia Segreta brasiliana [hanno Uffici di Polizia Segreta, per esempio ma non solo, sia presso la Polícia Federal (la Polícia Federal partecipa al CoNaRe) che presso l’Agência Brasileira de Inteligência (Abin), che non ha una grande reputazione d’efficienza o d’efficacia, in Brasile, come Servizio Segreto (dopo la dittatura militare si sono dovuti barcamenare e con tante ipocrisie a livello ufficiale)] mi manda un tizio [che non casualmente è proprietario dell’ostello dove vivo e pure, per sua e mia fortuna per ora, mio datore di lavoro (4 ore al giorno [28 la settimana] per il letto + colazione del mattino e le eventuali altre a 3.25 l’ora)], Elvis Kojcic [un imprenditore australiano d’origini serbe, che ha lavorato in vari paesi e che è legalmente residente in Brasile dal 2005], a dirmi che l’asilo politico non mi sarà dato e che dovrò andar via dal Brasile. Anzi, mi invita comunque ad andare via dal Brasile. ...Subito?!

Lo ripeto.

È tutto incredibile, per chi non abbia confidenza con tali criminali e pazzoidi di Stato, e loro miliziani.

@ Mercoledì 16 marzo 2011, la Polizia Segreta brasiliana mi manda a dire, tramite Elvis Kojcic, che l’asilo sarà respinto e che dovrò lasciare il Brasile. Anzi, in pratica, mi ha invitato a lasciarlo subito senza attendere il CoNaRe che intanto, ha detto Elvis Kojcic, risponderà negativamente alla mia richiesta di asilo.

Ora conta di essere un avvocato. Ultimamente conta di essere un soldato [“tenente”, se non ha omesso qualcosa]. ...Soldato-miliziano della Polizia Segreta brasiliana?

Ossesso da ispettori d’ostello che diceva lo perseguitavano con multe salatissime [ma ne ho visti una sola volta e non mi disse poi di multe], s’è fatto dare in cambio la protezione della Polizia Segreta dagli ispettori d’ostello e per altre sue attività “imprenditoriali”?

Mercoledì 16 marzo 2011 se ne arriva all’ostello [abita a Copacabana], come di frequente fa [è comunque in contatto telefonico costante con la reception (50-100 telefonate al giorno a chiedere le cose più strane, incluso dei vari clienti che lui visualizza da un computer in connessione diretta col computer-registro della reception) dove lui non capisce loro e loro non capiscono lui].

Mi impatta subito, con aria da bullo, sulla questione del mio asilo. Appunto. È stato mandato in missione speciale.

[Kojcic:] - “Mi hai detto che la faccenda dell’asilo e della persecuzione è legata a qualcosa che hai scritto in una tesi d’università?”

...Non glielo ho detto io. Glielo ha detto la Polizia Segreta brasiliana, imbeccata da CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO, che, ovviamente, non capisce un cazzo. Loro non capiscono un cazzo. Lui non capisce un cazzo.

- “No, non c’è alcuna connessione.”

[Kojcic:] - “Perché non vai in Israele?”

- “...In uno Stato sotto controllo totale CIA-FFAA_degli_USA?!”

...Non ho idea come. Elvis Kojcic è uno (un po’ borderline?) che sta cercando di affittare per 7'000 reais al mese un locale che ha un valore di mercato di non più di 2'000 al mese. Deve avere idee tutte sue sugli affari oltre ad avere qualcuno o qualcosa che lo riempie di soldi che spende poi in gran quantità.

- “...Cuba è in ottime relazioni d’affari con l’Italia e non solo.”

[Kojcic:] - “Ma guarda che l’asilo in Brasile proprio non te lo danno.”

- “...Se vogliono sputtanarsi in tutto il mondo...”

[Kojcic:] - “Come?”

- “...I delinquenti temono la pubblicità...”

[Kojcic:] - Perché non andiamo a parlare con loro [la Polizia Segreta brasiliana]?”

- “Non tratto con psicopatici e delinquenti.”

Last but not least, alla fine-fine, l’ora “avvocato”, ora “soldato”, ora portavoce mafioso della Polizia Segreta Elvis Kojcic, s’è vantato, od a millantato, nientemeno di essere massone. L’ho guardato indifferente. ...Un minchione può verniciarsi come crede. Resta quello che è.

Elvis Kojcic: “Devi andartene dal Brasile. L’asilo non te lo danno. Vieni con me dalla Polizia Segreta Brasiliana a... [a dare il culo?!]. Sono [anche] un massone.”

Vediamo che è successo...

Appena ho chiesto asilo, i brasiliani hanno contattato l’Italia e sono stati contattati sia dai CarabinieriTerroristi che dal SIS&CIA-NATO.

Non è vero che ci siano privacy, riservatezze, risoluzioni ONU da rispettare per chi chieda rifugio od asilo. È solo teatrino. Gli Stati sono entità criminali in permanente cooperazione reciproca. Danno rifugio per facilitare le guerre. Danno rifugio ed asilo per proteggere loro, e d’altri, agenti e provocatori. Asili puri, per violazione di diritti umani e legali, e dati a persone moralmente integre, sono eccezioni e credo pure rarissime.

È il caso mio ed infatti i CarbinieriStragisti-SIS&CIA-NATO hanno messo l’assoluto divieto mondiale sul darmi asilo. Mai succedesse, sarà una cosa rarissima. Oppure, forse, mi faranno restare in Brasile, od altrove, ma sotto altra forma.

I CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO hanno chiesto piena collaborazione del Brasile per il gang stalking internazionale ed hanno detto che non devo assolutamente ottenere asilo politico perché si tratta di operazioni coperte criminal-pazzoidi di Stato a livello NATO ed oltre, che non devono assolutamente divenire pubbliche a tutti nel mondo. Hanno insomma fatto appello alla solidarietà criminale tra Stati, quando hanno parlato e trattato coi brasiliani.

I brasiliani avevano già la mia descrizione completa di questi crimini di Stato e NATO-internazionali, per cui, in pratica, i CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO hanno [ri-]confermato tutto quello che io avevo già detto e scritto per il CoNaRe, oltre che pubblicamente.

Naturalmente, la Polizia Segreta brasiliana ha chiesto istruzioni dettagliate e precise al governo brasiliano su quello che doveva e non doveva fare, nel mio caso.

Il governo brasiliano ha detto alla Polizia Segreta brasiliana di collaborare [“collaborazione usuale”], con i CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO, per una generica sorveglianza e per un generico gang-stalking. Ha però detto alla sua Polizia Segreta brasiliana di lasciare perdere con la tortura del sonno e col gang-stalking di edificio coi visori attraverso muri. Ha cioè detto di non organizzare squadre di tortura bianca. Per cui, no tortura bianca e connessi.

I CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO avevano intimato alla Polizia Segreta-Governo brasiliani: “[1] Non deve lavorare. [2] Non deve studiare formalmente (neppure corsi professionali per rifugiandi). [3] Non deve vivere. [4] Deve essere obbligato a tornare in Italia ed essere in qualche modo compromesso, visto che per ora è immacolato e ci sta fottendo.”

Il governo brasiliano, incluso ai tempi di Lula e di Dilma, ha collaborazioni organiche, in persecuzioni, con la CIA [dunque pure con SIS ed altri, in pratica con pressoché tutto il mondo], come emerso da files di wikileaks. Ora, è solo che i brasiliani dei governi civili sono ipocriti per cui le cooperazioni organiche con la CIA (che fornisce ai brasiliani liste di persone da perseguitare) sono mascherate come altre cose, come normali operazioni di polizia. ...Tecniche per incastrare poveretti, ma in modo che sembri tutto casuale e per altro...

Con me, la cosa è ancora più problematica perché non sono sospettato di mulla né coinvolto in nulla, e sia i brasiliani che i macellai dei CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO lo sanno.

Hanno chiesto una persecuzione anche in Brasile solo perché c’era una persecuzione CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO in corso da decenni e pure senza alcun motivo razionale, e l’operazione psicotico-delinquenziale dei CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO contro di me è chiaramente fallita da tempo anche se loro non possono permettersi di lasciare testimoni, ed io sono un testimome contro di loro. Una cosa kafkiana eppure con precise responsabilità politiche, militar-burocratiche ed individuali. I politici e burocrati codardi, idem i loro miliziani raccattati in vario modo, si coprono dietro l’etichetta “Stato” ma sono pur sempre individui psicotico-delinquenziali seppur con impunità [di Stato].

Il governo brasiliano ha ordinato alla Polizia Segreta brasiliana di organizzare un gang-stalking di basso profilo, per cui senza tortura bianca. Ed ha promesso che faranno di tutto per non darmi asilo, come richiesto dai CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO. “Deve essere obbligato a tornare in Italia!”, hanno intimato i CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO alla Polizia Segreta brasiliana ed al governo brasiliano, che hanno ora mandato il mafiosetto Elvis Kojcic ad intimarmi di uscire subito dal Brasile.

Vedremo, naturalmente, quel che faranno poi realmente. A parte il caldo ed il sottosviluppo cronico, il Brasile non è poi troppo male. È chiaro che il governo brasiliano deve barcamenarsi di fronte ai potenti del mondo.

La Polizia Segreta-Governo brasiliano hanno non solo contattato il proprietario del luogo dove abito ed dove ora lavoro. Devono aver pure contattato, in un modo o nell’altro anche la Caritas. Tali sono le loro procedure. Lavorano a questo modo. Solo chi non li conosce, e non conosce le loro procedure standard, può immaginarsi che non abbiano contattato pure la Caritas. Lo hanno fatto. ...Dite che Vi hanno detto od intimato! Non abbiate paura!

Allo stesso tempo, dopo pochi giorni che ero lì, appena formalizzata la richiesta di asilo e dopo aver parlato con CarabinieriTerroristi-SIS&CIA-NATO, la Polizia Segreta-Governo brasiliani hanno subito contattato il proprietario dell’ostello dove ero andato all’arrivo e dove sono tuttora, Elvis Kojcic (lo speculatore australiano). Hanno detto a Elvis Kojcic che c’era una cosa delicata da fare..., che dovevo essere spinto ad andare via dal Brasile, dato che c’era qualche potente ed irresistibile entità che non voleva mi fosse dato asilo politico, per cui doveva organizzare una qualche forma di gang-stalking e cercare di provocare qualche incidente. Esistono infatti condizioni di esclusione dall’asilo politico, se uno viene infognato anche solo in cosucce possano creare appigli legali o para-legali.

Lui, Elvis Kojcic, venne poi da me a chiedere...

In realtà, Elvis Kojcic capisce poco. Usa un interprete quando va dalla Polizia Segreta brasiliana, che ha uffici non lontano dall’ostello. L’interprete è un ragazzotto ossuto, alto e lurido che gli succhia soldi in vario modo, come un po’ tutti i brasiliani e latino-americani che lavorano all’ostello, proprio perché lui, l’affarista australiano, sia capisce in generale poco pur essendo un affarista, sia cerca di semplificare la comunicazione col prossimo in impossibili sì e no, sia pretende ora di usare interpreti che gli fanno capire ancor meno, dato che il loro inglese e cultura sono piuttosto limitati, ora pretende di parlare portoghese direttamente, con taluni, col risultato che loro non capiscono lui e lui non capisce loro. Inoltre, Elvis Kojcic era convinto di essere perseguitato da uffici ed ispettori incorruttibili che lo colpivano con salatissime multe ogni volta che ispezionavano l’ostello. Per cui contratta la sua partecipazione alle [limitate, come già dettagliato] attività psicotico-delinquenziali richiestegli dalla Polizia Segreta brasiliana con la protezione, almeno per qualche tempo, dagli ispettori d’ostello, ostello di cui sta ora vanamente cercando di disfarsi tentando di affittare i 230 mq dello stesso ad un prezzo più che triplo rispetto al valore di mercato.

Come tutti i delinquenti psicopatici coinvolti in queste attività psicopatico-delinquenziali di Stato, l’Elvis Kojcic, pretendeva e pretende di trovare qualche difetto e spiegazione in me che gli sono stato affidato, per un limitato gang-stalking, dalla Polizia Segreta basiliana...

Elvis Kojcic, a sua volta, incarica un suo associato-carpentiere che si fa chiamare Eumar (di 41 o 42 anni) e si presenta come un gaucho del Sud del Brasile. Vive nell’ostello, in un normale letto per clienti non essendoci spazi riservati per lo staff. Eumar è un mafiosetto paranoide, ignorante, esibizionista e scemo, ora oscuro taciturno, ora logorrico di nulla, che fa il carpentiere e bossetto [...ma solo con chi l’accetta come tale!] dell’ostello dato che il suo capetto-mafia Elvis Kojcic ha la mania della pseudo-ristrutturazione permanente. Gabinetti-doccia “nuovi” con l’acqua che non va nel buco nel pavimento per cui sono permanentemente bagnati dunque proprio orridi, pur “nuovi”. Muri appena rifatti che si sfaldano. Mattonelle che si sbriciolano. Rete wireless che malfunziona essendo stata [non-]pensata del tutto alla cazzo non si sa da chi e permanentemente rifatta uguale, e sempre egualmente mal-funzionante, solo per spillare soldi ad un Elvis Kojcic ansioso di sborsarli per ogni insensatezza.

Il mafiosetto Eumar [“responsabilizzato” per il gang-stalking sul campo], cagnolino del mafioso ora della Polizia Segreta brasiliana Elvis Kojcic, non sa bene che fare per “provocare qualche incidente”.

I primi tempi stacca in continuazione la wireless non sapendo che io non uso quella dell’ostello. Quando vedo che la wireless dell’ostello è saltata vado in genere a dare un occhiata. C’è sempre Eumar nei dintorni e qualche spina staccata [una wireless che dipende da routers seriali e da spine ed interruttori multipli ed alla portata di tutti! ...“Progettata” da dei “geni” e pagata, e periodicamente fatta rinnovare identica o con qualche peggiormento, da uno ancor più “genio”!]

Poi, Eumar, con lo stesso Elvis Kojcic in prima persona, mobilita quelli della reception, una folla di ragazzotti e ragazzotte che si alterna per coprire le 24 ore tutti i giorni, in turni di 6, 12 od altro numero di ore. La maggioranza si limita ad ascoltare i suoi deliri che è stato allertato, lui dice “dal Presidente”, per sorvegliarmi e cacciarmi dal Brasile.

Cerca allora di mobilitare qualche receptionista sul paranoico aggressivo per urla su tragedie inventate. Mi spancio dal ridere per giorni dopo queste esibizioni paranoico aggressive di qualche receptionista dell’ostello imbeccato da Eumar, e pure da Elvis Kojcic che, nonostante i vari siti in cui si autodipinge come una grande corporation internazionale, telefona circa 50-100 volte al giorno all’ostello, alla reception, per le più incredibili sciocchezze [e neppure lo capiscono bene, né lui capisce bene i receptionisti che fanno di tutto per compiacerlo non facendo nulla di quello lui dice loro pur simulando assoluta subordinazione che è l’unica cosa la sua personalità paranoido-ansiosa pretende] e poi, spesso, ma non ogni giorno, viene in loco anche per ore e ore e fino a notte fonda o per i fine settimana ed altre occasioni di sbevazzamento gratuito, o semplicemente per poi vedere sul campo quello che non ha capito nelle 50-100 telefonate della giornata ed intrattenersi con staff e clienti sulle insensatezze più incredibili mentre pseudo-controlla tutto. ...Oltre ad avere poco o nulla da fare, deve avere problemi, a casa, con la giovane moglie e figlia piccolina, per cui si sfoga con continue telefonate all’ostello e poi venendo di persona per ore ed ore, in cui approfitta pure di un pub-ristorante nello stesso suo edificio per ingrossare la pancia già strabordante. Bulinia da sindromi ansioso-depressive. Varie cose vengono rubate, e non dai clienti. Clienti vengono derubati, e non da altri clienti, anche mentre dormono ed in orari in cui il solo receptionista di turno può entrare senza destare sospetti nelle loro stanze e prendere portafogli, telefonini e computers ...e farla franca con qualche scusa d’accatto mai venisse preso sul fatto dai derubati. Guarda caso, i ladroni sono proprio i cani arrabbiato-aggressivi dell’Elvis Kojcic (e d’Eumar) che finge stupore mentre dà copertura ai suoi picciotti, e che ha un assoluto disprezzo dei clienti e dei loro beni appena loro non siano presenti.

Al mafiosetto Eumar, Elvis Kojcic ha aggiunto, da qualche settimana, un altro suo grande “amico”-cagnolino, un lavoratore illegale argentino, un carpentiere, un certo Luís, un cinquantenne viscido ed ignorante, che sembra scappato da un manicomio criminale, con adorazione di tipo omosessuale verso qualunque autorità, come per lui sono Elvis Kojcic ed Eumar. Gli è stato subito ordinato di associarsi al gang-stalking e di cercare di creare incidenti. È solo che gli saltano continuamente i nervi, per cui ha continue esplosioni isteriche, e, non avendo capito bene gli ordini, ha cercato di attaccarmi fisicamente in un paio di occasioni con spintoni perché si sente disprezzato ed evitato. Non avendo io reagito la cosa non s’è smorzata. Ma lui resta ossesso dall’ansia divorante e rabbiosa di non essere riuscito e di non riuscire a creare incidenti con me come ordinatogli dall’ Elvis Kojcic e dall’Eumar.

Lui ha un’adorazione di tipo omosessuale-paranoide per loro. Loro mostrano egualmente un’adorazione di tipo omosessuale-paranoide per lui loro soldato scemo con l’ordine di commettere qualche insensatezza, dopo di che lo scaricherebbero. Gli lasciano tenere la bicicletta nel camerone dove ci sono14 letti e quindi un certo numero di persone alloggiate, e nessun spazio per biciclette, oppure a ostruire l’ingresso alla fine delle scale. Illegale oltre che davvero idiotico in un luogo piccolo. Lo lasciano fumare e drogarsi, od insozzare a colazione e per altri pasti, nelle aree comuni, mentre ride sguaiatamente magari tra clienti che si aspetterebbero un altro ambiente o, comunque, non sguaiatezze invadenti da parte di quelli dello staff, o giù di lì, dell’ostello. ...Anche altri non sono meglio, in ciò... Ossesso dall’impotenza di non potere far nulla contro di me (come da ordini), se non eventualmente rovinare ancor più sé stesso già malridotto di testa [vuota] e di fisico non debole ma da grande ed alta rana, passa ore a guardonare, come corvo su un palo, le continue feste e balli proprio sotto sotto i balconi dell’ostello. Oppure si aggira agitato per l’ostello attribuendosi poteri mitomaniacali sentendosi investito di una qualche autorità da “grande” agente segreto dai sub-pazzoidi di para-Stato Elvis Kojcic ed Eumar, e non avendo nulla da fare di costruttivo a parte le sue ore di lavoro da carpentiere né passioni di alcun genere da coltivare.

Le Polizie Segrete reclutano solo teppa di psicotico-delinquenti che a sua volta recluta altra teppa di psicotico-delinquenti...

Il gang-stalking d’ostello è comunque limitato, nel senso che cercano solo di creare qualche incidente che possa inficiare legalmente la mia procedura di asilo sì da poter avere qualche appiglio legale per rifiutarlo.

Non ha nulla a che fare, nel senso che manca un pezzo del “programma”, col gang-stalking ossessivo, con squadre di battiture di muri e pavimenti, con visori militari, che hanno praticato dal 2000 al 2010 in Belgio, Cina, Taiwan, Canada e con qualche cosa precedente pure in Gran Bretagna prima del 2000.

This morning [28/09/2010], I was ready. However, the Removal

Officers did not arrest me.

I gave copy of the law, at least the piece concerned me, and

the note sent from the [Italian] State Police to the Canadian Embassy in Rome

about my “virginity”. I repeated that my intention was to reach Latin America,

at least in first instance. I showed that I have about or at least $5’000 cash.

Mr. Hsu told me that in a few minutes on officer would have

come for handcuffing me.

I have waited and I have waited, free in the corridor...

Finally, another one called me. I thought he was the guy for

arresting me since he was wearing a proof bullet jacket and visible pistol. ...I

had forgotten my bazooka at home...

He told me that “country that they will be authorized to enter”

means that if I have not a previous authorization for another country, I may

enter only Italy. I was a bit astonished... It was a bit odd, although legally

plausible, in some way, if they wanted to give such an interpretation... I told

that I cannot apply for a visa without passport and that, anyway, with Italian

passport there is a lot of places just reachable and guaranteeing the automatic

entry.

He told that it was sufficient an entry-authorization-letter

from a Consulate and they would have given me my passport for applying for a

visa.

I went immediately [after going back to my room with tons of

baggage] to a consulate of one of those “Italian-free-access” countries. My

request was objectively odd. ...I told that the Immigration wanted that... ...They

told that they had to ask God and [perhaps, perhaps] would have contacted me...

I reported to the “armoured” officer. He told (it was what I

wanted), that if I do not receive any previous [positive] answer from that

Consulate, I may go there on Friday, at 9:00, with my baggage. I said “yes” and

I’ll certainly do it.

He also asked what I’ll do if he’ll put me on an aeroplane for

Rome. I told him that I have no intention to jump into the ocean etc etc.

...However, I’m not sure about the procedure... ...We’ll see

what procedure they’ll follow... ...Anyway, I’ll not resist physically.

I have now discovered that it is even better than I thought.

There are places, outside Europe, where even a visa is not requested.

Yesterday, the usual [more than 2 years! ...although with rotating and changing louses!] stalking gang was very agitated. Evidently, my last poster had been very appreciated. After two days&nights [17-18 and 18-19 September 2010] of deep depression, finally, yesterday day&night, they had received, form the Canadian government [Secret Police Officers of the CSIS-Immigration-RefugeeBoard], the order to go on in their usual insanities and crimes. So they were again very openly psychotic: usual obsessed strikes of the walls and floors and storming in the corridors. Since the depression of two years of useless criminal and insane activities, yesterday evening they found nothing better, in addition to the usual storming in the corridors in deep night time, than “attacking” the lock of room 17. While some teams of the stalking gang were, as usual, striking walls and floors from room 16, 18a and from the roof, a team was operating in the corridor. In this corridor team, there were, yesterday evening-night 19 and 19-20 October 2010, the Italian louse from Turin of room 16 (a waiter), another louse the Italian of Turin (the waiter) addressed in Italian calling him “André”, the usual fat stupid Russian louse [he tried to talk with me calling me “commander” (a new CSIS deliria?!), but I avoid talking with louses hired as para-government criminal and insane militians], always chilling around, of the first room on the left [while coming in] of the last floor, some prostitute of the staff and others for giving them cover if some physical incident with me had ever happened. ...I was, as usual, very amused...

Secret Police Officers of the CSIS-Immigration-RefugeeBoard have ALL their names, because Vincent Fodera and Charles Paul Bedard Burgers [also some other louses’ corporals] are in daily touch with the Secret Police Officers of the CSIS-Immigration-RefugeeBoard and they report daily also ALL the names of ALL the participants and accomplices of the CSIS-Immigration-RefugeeBoard stalking gangs. Ah, in Canada, being psychotic and idiotic criminals of government [CSIS-Immigration-RefugeeBoard] stalking gangs is the best reference for being recognised as refugees and for not losing this status!

During the day, I had already saw them putting something inside the lock of room 17. It seemed as some soap. However, the lock equally worked. The evening-night, I saw them again spraying some shoe spray cream in the door-lock’s area and inside the lock. Anyway, the lock equally worked. This morning [between 7:45 and 8:30; it may be later it had been repaired or replaced] there was also what seemed some sugar in the lock’s area and inside the lock. The lock did not work anymore. It was impossible to insert the key. There were also some writing or attempted writing, but I could not understand what was. There was also the not big picture of what seemed a culturist. I have no idea what the meaning could be. I have no confidence with pervert languages and I have no idea what the perverted insane and idiotic criminal Vincent Fodera and Charles Paul Bedard Burgers and Secret Police Officers of the CSIS-Immigration-RefugeeBoard might have told and ordered them. ASK THEM! ASK “YOUR” GOVERNMENT!

I noticed this unusable [when I saw it!] lock around 7:45. After taken a shower and when I was ready to go out, it was yet unusable, and with usual abundance of garbage and of empty beer cans everywhere in the corridor. There was nobody of the staff. They are so busy to assist and cover the night activities of the different branches of the stalking gangs that they sleep in the morning. The owner, Vincent Fodera, there was not or anyway I did not see any sign of him.

Around 8:30, using a telephone of the first floor of the hostel I called an emergency number and they passed me the police. I told my name and address. Just I told “stalking gang” the female was receiving the telephone call, told that she could not understand, that there was some problem with the telephone line. I was hearing her very well... It may be there was a problem in the microphone of “my” telephone. It may be the line was suddenly obstructed. It may be the address of the place and “stalking gang” had suddenly collapsed whatever possible communication.

I went downstairs for going out. I waited a moment, outside the hostel, whether some police car was passing by there. I had not really the desire to waste time for going to the police. However, I had just tried to call them...

I waited for a bus. I caught number 22. The stop for where I had to go was the stop near Main Street and precisely from the same side where the Vancouver Police Department has one of its main stations [312 Main St. Vancouver, B.C.Canada V6A 2T2]. It was only 5 minutes walking... I went there.

It was around 9:00 of today 20 September 2010. The ladies of the counter had nothing to do. They collect/write crimes reports, usually, when people go there for that. I talked with one lady, a young lady, the one of the counter on my left. I gave her my ID and told her that I had called the VPD perhaps half an hour before, but there was evidently some line problem. I asked anyway whether she was understanding my English. She answered that she was.

She had my name, since I had given her my ID. I told her my address, the address of American Backpackers, I told her the number of “my” room, a 6 bed dormitory, and I told her that in that place there is a stalking gang (“...it is more than two years...”, “...it is organised from the owner and the staff of the hostel, on your government request/order...”), and that that stalking gang had “yesterday evening-night blocked the lock of room 17. ...I saw who did that... ...If you come now you can verify that the lock is blocked, perhaps with some shoe cream mixed with some sugar, and I can show you those who did that...” She checked my name. She asked when I had arrived in Vancouver and I answered precisely [there are two dates: when I physically arrived and when I was formally admitted on the Canadian soil, three days after I had arrived on 31/08/2010]. Evidently, also in my file checkable from the VPD it is written that I have to be deprived of whatever legal and human right and that, on the contrary, the State/government-organised criminals have to be protected against me.

Anyway, she refused to accept the crime what I was reporting: a [branch of a] staking gang [even if government-organised] had blocked the lock of “my” door and I know who did that.

I told her, after her refusal, cordially and sincerely smiling [I]: “Actually, I had informed your VPD of the general situation, time ago... ...Now, ...if, for you, it is normal that [government] stalking gangs even block/damage my room lock ...and I saw them; I know who did that yesterday night... ...You can identify them, now... ...If, for you, all that is normal... and you do not do anything...…no problem... ...no problem... no problem... ...be happy...” And I went away.

She seemed upset, when I said: “Be happy”. In fact, a bit upset, she answered: “I am happy!” Better, she’ll remember me. In addition, since she checked my name in her terminal, the system had registered that she had checked my name, what is the evidence that I went there and she did not accept to report in the VPD computer system a [para-State/government] crime I was reporting and that they did not want eventually to send a police unit, with me, for immediately taking the names of the criminals.

[Also] The VPD protects government [CSIS-Immigration-RefugeeBoard] stalking gangs and gangsters!

On 10 September 2010, in the morning, I met Mr. Andy Hsu, the Enforcement Assistant charged of the execution of “my” removal order. It was not a lucky day for him, and also for a lot of other public transportation users, because he was late of about 90 minutes (only 30, for our appointment). Generally, in those government’s offices, they are on the working place at 8:00. He arrived around 9:30. He was blocked in some Sky Train.

Since I have 15 days for the appeal of the decision of the Pre-Removal Assessment Risk decision (decision naturally negative and reached in 2 months [from R. Cope, Pre-Removal Assessment Officer, who, although incapable, as already the administrative judge of the refugee protection claim, to understand basic Constitutional and legal mechanisms, anyway, fortunately, concentrated his in-my-opinion-nonsense in one page] instead of the usual 6 for everybody else; evidently the CSIS-NATO Secret Police Bureaux were and are in a hurry or, perhaps, only desperate) he convoked me again for the day 28 September 2010 at 9:00.

For what he announced to me and I announced to him, in occasion of our 10 September 2010 meeting, I told him that I’ll insist on their respect of what stated in their law [see it quoted again in my 8 September 2010 email to them and him], so I’ll show him that I have more than sufficient funds for reaching, in first instance, a non-bordering country and that I’ll ask him to be allowed to buy a direct flight ticket Vancouver–a_non_bordering_country. He insisted [in my opinion against their formal law] that I MUST go to Italy. For what I have understood, if I insist in their respect of what for me is their formal and substantial law, I’ll be immediately arrested for deportation.

...It they want to play, we’ll play...

Future is always uncertain and I may not know whether he-they will persist in this attitude on 28 September 2010. Anyway, if nothing happens in the meanwhile, on Tuesday 28 September 2010, I’ll go to our meeting (the “interview” “to discuss your [my] case”) with my baggage for being arrested ...or for being let to go where I wish. If arrested, I have to appear in front of a judge in a couple of days. The judge is competent, I suppose, only for the legitimacy of the arrest. However, I suppose that implicitly or explicitly he’ll decide about my thesis and their thesis.

What I’d like to underline is that, when I told him, more than once, that I asked only to respect the law, Mr. Andy Hsu did NOT try to claim that the law was different as I thought, or that I have not understood it, and so on. So, evidently, he had received the order that I ought to be obliged or induced to “voluntarily” go to Italy [they are not only irredeemable criminals and incurable insane louse, but even absolutely idiotic!]. I am object, since the 1980s, of an operation of Italian Military Secret Police Bureaux [of the Carabinieri = in Italy, the “civil” police has no real power in this field], with NATO promotion and cover, for creating and manipulating internal terrorism. Thousand people, it may be more, have been and are, in Italy, object of such operations. They are generally not aware of that and, anyway, once they are “burned” [with a criminal record and/or psychologically annihilated] they cannot be witnesses. Since I have no criminal record and no psychiatric “record”, I am a reliable witness.

Since in Italy (also in Belgium, China and Taiwan) “legal action” and the eventual prosecution[s] are mandatory, and since my public denunciations are know and followed from police services, the fact that there be no investigations on them and the fact that I be not object of any prosecution for them are legal evidence that they are not slanders. If they are not slanders, they are truthful. If there is no investigation and no prosecution, it is because there is the State secret and protection, as well as the NATO promotion, cooperation and protection. Italy is a compradoro State, not a world power! The decisive evidence about the NATO decisive involvement is that when I went abroad, the operation continued and intensified, also in areas of the world where the ridiculous Italian “government” have no real power and with NATO military technology.

In what does such operation for producing terrorism and terrorists consist, [not only] in my case?

It is very easy.

One must not be allowed to legally work, to formally study, to have a normal social life and, from the early 2000 [with the attempted sleep deprivation], to live in a legal accommodation.

It is an operation for pushing people to clandestinity, “political” clandestinity in my case. Terrorism. I was and I am not available.

So, there are (it is about 3 decades now in my case) systematic Secret Police interventions on working places, study places, social places, even on religious congregations in Canada, relatives, etc.

The absence of answers to my legal objections [see my email below, to Mr. Andy Hsu] to the thesis that I have to buy a ticket for Italy, and not for where I like [as stated in the Canadian law], is further evidence that, in my case, the various Immigration and Refugee services have been taken over from the criminal psychotic pimps of the CSIS. They pretend to act according the same secret slanders they [Carabinieri-NATO Secret Police Bureaux] have created and spread out. The administrative judge decided on my refugee protection claim received the order of not dealing with the massive evidence I had presented and I am presenting for supporting my case. They have not produced the falsified Interpol files. I could not legally produce them. They could. While, finally, disgusted, the Italian Police confirmed that I am the cleanest person of the world. See its note to the Canadian Embassy in Rome. But they pretended and pretend continuing acting according the slanders of Carabinieri-NATO Secret Police Bureaux in terrorist activities with their terrorist illusions and militians.

Mr. Andy Hsu, Enforcement Assistant, always insisted that, if I decide to voluntarily leave Canada, I must compulsorily buy a direct flight ticket Toronto-Italy. He even told, the first time I met him, that I am or I am as “a defector”. I have no idea “defector” of what.

This is the law, if it is not changed (Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations, Thomson-Carswell, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, 2008, pp. 345-346):
